My best friend Cruz, is in town for the summer. He lives in New York so I don’t get to hang out with him as much, so having him around is always great. He is currently enrolled at Stanford University for the summer. One of the perks of him going back to school is that I have access to their facilities and as you can see I went swimming at their Olympic size swimming pool.
Stanford University is a huge campus. I pretty much have seen the entire campus when Cruz went to school there years ago. The campus has many little locations such as this one. One could just lay on the grass and allow time to pass by and not worry about a thing. I look at it like having a mental break from the chaotic world we live in. It was a great afternoon hanging out with friends and family. We soaked up the sun, went swimming, BBQ-ed, and had dinner outdoors. Finally it felt like summer.
